JUDUL : SCHOOL WELL-BEING SISWA SMP DITINJAU DARI EFIKASI DIRI AKADEMIK DAN KONFIRMITAS TEMAN SEBAYA

Abstrak.
Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui adanya: (1). Hubungan efikasi diri akademik dengan school well-being; (2). Hubungan konformitas teman sebaya dengan school well-being; (3). Hubungan efikasi diri akademik dan konformitas teman sebaya dengan school well-being. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif metode survei. Subyek sebanyak 130 siswa SMP (64 Laki-laki, 66 Perempuan). Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan kuota sampling dengan skala school well-being 36 aitem (a = 0,890), efikasi diri akademik 28 aitem (a = 0,921), konformitas teman sebaya 26 aitem (a = 0,951). Teknik analisis data menggunakan product moment dan korelasi ganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa (1). Terdapat hubungan efikasi diri akademik dengan school well-being, (r = 56,8; p<0,05), (2). Terdapat hubungan konformitas teman sebaya dengan school well-being, (r = 42,9; p<0,05), (3). Terdapat hubungan efikasi diri akademik dan konformitas teman sebaya dengan school well-being, (r = 64,9; p<0,05), sumbangan efektif 42,2%. Hasil penelitian dapat dijadikan referensi dalam mengatasi permasalahan school well-being pada SMP.

Abstract.
The purpose of this research is to know the existence of: (1). Relationship between academic self-efficacy and school well-being; (2). The relationship between peer conformity and school well-being; (3). Relationship between academic self-efficacy and peer conformity with school well-being. This research uses a quantitative survey method approach. The subjects were 130 junior high school students (64 boys, 66 girls). The sampling technique used quota sampling with a school well-being scale of 36 items (a = 0.890), academic self-efficacy 28 items (a = 0.921), peer conformity 26 items (a = 0.951). The data analysis technique uses product moment and multiple correlation. The results show that (1). There is a relationship between academic self-efficacy and school well-being, (r = 56.8; p<0.05), (2). There is a relationship between peer conformity and school well-being, (r = 42.9; p<0.05), (3). There is a relationship between academic self-efficacy and peer conformity with school well-being, (r = 64.9; p<0.05), the effective contribution is 42.2%. The results of the study can be used as a reference in overcoming the problem of school well-being in junior high schools.
