Abstrak.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada Karyawan PT Magnesium Gosari Internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel penelitian sebanyak 51 karyawan PT Magnesium Gosari Internasional. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Pada hasil uji hipotesis mayor ditemukan nilai R Square 0.664 dengan nilai signifikansi pada tabel anova sebesar 0.000 < 0.05, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada karyawan sebesar 66.4%. Pada hasil uji hipotesis minor pertama komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif sebesar 61.2%, sedangkan pada hasil uji hipotesis minor kedua budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif sebesar 50.7%. Hasil hipotesis tersebut diterima secara parsial yaitu variabel komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

Abstract.
This study aims to determine the Effect of Organizational Commitment and Organizational Culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employees of PT Magnesium Gosari Internasional. This study uses a quantitative approach with a research sample of 51 employees of PT Magnesium Gosari Internasional. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. In the results of the major hypothesis test, it was found that the R Square value was 0.664 with a significance value in the ANOVA table of 0.000 < 0.05, this indicates that organizational commitment and organizational culture simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior in employees of 66.4%. In the results of the first minor hypothesis test organizational commitment has a positive effect of 61.2%, while the results of the second minor hypothesis test of organizational culture have a positive effect of 50.7%. The results of the hypothesis are partially accepted, namely the organizational commitment and organizational culture variables have a positive and significant influence on the Organizational Citizenship Behavior variable.
