Abstract.
Adolescents in orphanages are faced with a series of significant changes in life, especially regarding environmental adaptation in orphanages with various regulations, therefore individuals in orphanages need resilience to face the dynamic processes they experience. This studied aimed to determine the relationship between peer social support, spirituality, and internal locus of control with resilience in adolescents in orphanages. This studied used a quantitative approach with the correlational method. The respondents in the study were 48 adolescent at the K.H Achmad Dahlan and Nyai Walidah orphanages in the city of Surabaya, which were obtained through saturated sampling technique. The results of the correlation test simultaneously found that there was a significant relationship between peer social support, spirituality and internal locus of control with resilience. The results of the crosstab test for differences in resilience by sex showed that women were more resilient than men.

Abstrak.
Remaja di panti asuhan dihadapkan pada serangkaian perubahan signifikan dalam hidup terutama mengenai adaptasi lingkungan di panti asuhan dengan berbagai
peraturan, oleh karena itu individu di panti asuhan membutuhkan resiliensi untuk
menghadapi proses dinamis yang dialaminya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya, spiritualitas, dan internal locus of control dengan resiliensi pada remaja di panti asuhan. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Responden dalam penelitian berjumlah 48 remaja di panti asuhan K.H Achmad Dahlan dan Nyai Walidah di kota Surabaya yang diperoleh melalui teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil uji korelasi secara bersamaan didapatkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara dukungan sosial teman sebaya, spiritualitas dan internal locus of control dengan resiliensi. Hasil uji crosstab perbedaan resiliensi berdasarkan jenis kelamin menunjukkan perempuan lebih resilien dibandingkan dengan laki-laki.
